⭐️ PREORDERS TAKE 4-8 weeks from the CLOSE date for production and shipping - Please do not mix preorders with in stock items
Please consider this when starting your carts! What you order together will be fulfilled together! (Preorders are clearly labeled and located in the preorder section)
In Stock Items: These items we have in stock will ship within 3 business days.
Custom Shirts - Made to Order TAT 2-3 weeks on average
*If you are LOCAL and choose to pickup, you will receive an alert when your order is ready. Please pick up in a timely manner (within 3-5 days) otherwise shipping charges will be invoiced.
*Mixing Preorders with In Stock items will likely require additional shipping to cover both packages and will be invoiced accordingly.
* Please make sure that your address is correct on your account as that is the address we ship to. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address.
RETURNS: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. Shipping is your responsibility
Items also must be unworn, if the items have been washed or worn, no exchange or store credit will be applied.
If there is a defect or I make a mistake, I will work with you for a refund or store credit of some sort. I do not ever want unhappy customers but I still need to adhere to policy.
*Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to USPS, you must work directly with USPS to rectify, resolve and file claims if needed. All Priority packages are insured up to $100. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items lost by USPS/UPS/FEDEX are not in my control, if you have a missing package please call your local post master to have them GPS track the scan and find the package.
Cancellations: No cancellations OR refunds may be made once your order has been placed and paid for. I also do not refund preorders that "take too long" PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them.
Personalized/Custom Items: Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, there will be zero returns on custom or personalized items (unless there is an error or defect, but these are processed with the utmost quality and attention to detail)
*Please be sure to CREATE an account on the site and also sign up for LOYALTY POINTS! You can also keep track of orders here and check tracking. It is also highly encourages to include your phone # for text alerts!!
